Welded Gabion Mesh

We supply rigid welded gabion panels in galvanized, Galfan and PVC-coated options. Our standard wire gauges run from 3.0mm to 5.0mm, paired with mesh apertures of 50×50mm, 75×75mm and 100×100mm. A full range of basket sizes and assembly fasteners are also available. Boasting rigid structure and tidy box appearance, our products work well for landscaping, retaining walls, river control and roadside infrastructure works.

• Panel Form: Supplied as flat welded panels for on-site assembly; pre-assembled units available on request
• Fasteners: Spiral binders, C-rings, clips and tie wire, selected according to basket size and assembly method
• Stiffeners: Internal bracing wires or hook stiffeners for tall basket faces
• Surface Treatment: Post-weld hot-dip galvanized, pre-weld galvanized, Galfan coating, PVC coating over galvanized wire
• Corrosion Resistance: Standard galvanized for dry outdoor and landscape use; Galfan or PVC coating for wet soil, riverbanks and long-term exposure
• Filling Stone: Hard rock, crushed stone, cobblestone and decorative stone. Stone size must exceed mesh aperture
• Packing: Flat panels bundled on pallets; fasteners and stiffeners packed separately
• Installation Guidance: Confirm foundation, drainage, backfill and design requirements before building retaining walls
